Refund policy

Unfortunately, Wild Aroma does not accept returns or give refunds on any skincare products due to sanitation issues. If you want to cancel your order in a timely manner before it has shipped please sign in to your customer account and navigate to cancellation request.

Pajamas that has not been personalized and still has tag attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return please sign in to your customer account and navigate to return request. Please note the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
