Wild Aroma ships in the U.S. and internationally.

Shipping prices are calculated based on region and weight.

Processing time is 1-7 days

Emails are sent with tracking numbers once the shipping label is printed for your order. If you have only received an order confirmation email, your order has not been shipped yet. 

Products are not likely to melt during shipping but avoid leaving package in heat for an excessive amount of time. 

No shipping refunds for incorrect address input- if your package is not able to be delivered due to incorrect address input and it is returned, no shipping refund will be given. Refund will be for products only.
